These tasks await you with us:
- Supporting and advising employees and managers on all HR-related issues
- Responsibility for applicant management including job advertisements, selection and conducting interviews
- Creating and managing employment contracts, references and other personnel documents
- Coordination and implementation of onboarding processes for new employees
You have the following qualifications:
- Completed studies in the field of personnel management or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of labour law and the use of HR software
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with different hierarchical levels
- High degree of discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Structured and independent way of working and team spirit
