These tasks await you with us:
- Independent realisation of monthly payroll accounting
- Maintenance and administration of personnel master data and time management
- Preparation of analyses and reports for internal reporting and for external institutions
- Contact person for employees and managers in matters relating to payroll tax and social security law
You have the following qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in payroll accounting
- Sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Very good understanding of figures and strong analytical thinking
- Careful and reliable way of working, even under deadline pressure
- Confident handling of payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
