These tasks await you with us:
- Setting up, operating and monitoring Bystronic laser systems for precise material processing
- Independently setting up the systems, including defining parameters for cutting quality and material efficiency
- Picking and sorting the cut material according to the respective orders
- Operating and adjusting deburring machines to ensure surface quality
- Quality control as part of worker self-inspection to ensure that all workpieces meet specifications
- Maintenance and care of the machines to ensure a trouble-free production process
- Contributing to the optimisation of work processes to increase efficiency and minimise machine downtime
You have the following qualifications:
- Experience in the operation of laser systems, preferably Bystronic, in a metalworking company
- Technical understanding and confident handling of drawings and machine parameters
- Independent and reliable working style and willingness to work in shifts (2-shift operation)
- Teamwork and communication skills to ensure effective cooperation in the production environment
- Quality awareness and precision when working with sensitive workpieces
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to be able to react quickly to changes in the production process
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and adapt to technological innovations in the field of laser technology
