These tasks await you with us:
- Recording and processing our customer orders
- Providing expert advice and support to our customers by telephone and in writing
- Co-operation with internal interfaces such as purchasing, sales and marketing
- Creating delivery notes and invoices
- Creating production documents
- Ensuring the smooth running of order processes
- Monitoring and coordinating deadlines
You have the following qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally industrial clerk
- Alternatively: Completed technical training - from the construction site to the office
- Sound IT skills (MS Office)
- Independent, solution-orientated way of working and flexibility
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- High service orientation towards the customer
- Proactive communication with our customers
